Summer Camp 2025 Registration

 


REGISTERING FOR THE HONK JR (4 Week) CAMP

Please note that camper spaces are assigned on a “first come, first served” basis. Registration is not considered complete until the registration form and fee payment* have been received by KYMTC. We do not reserve any spots.

*Registration will be considered complete when you pay the camp fee in full or just the 50% deposit at the time of registration.

 

SUMMER CAMP DATES

Monday, July 28 to Friday, August 22, 2025

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (early drop-off after 8:00 am and late pick-up until 4:30 pm is available)

Note: There is no camp on Monday, August 4 (Civic Holiday)

 

CAMP FEES 

Full fee: $1000

KYMTC will also accept a 50% deposit ($500) with full fee payment due by July 1, 2025 (see below for more details)

 

Camp Location

The KYMTC Summer Camp takes place at the North Grenville Community Church

 

Performance Location

A few on-stage rehearsals and the performances of Honk JR will take place at the Urbandale Arts Centre

 

Show dates and tickets

Friday August 22 at 7 pm (doors at 6:30 pm)
Saturday August 23 at 1 pm (doors at 12:30 pm)
Sunday August 25 at 3:30 pm (doors at 3 pm)

Admission is free (donations to KYMTC are welcome). Tickets will be available at the door.

 

How to Apply 

1. Submit an Online Application Form
Click on this registration form link to submit your camper application to KYMTC via Jotform. If you’re registering more than one camper, you will need to submit separate applications for each camper. 

2. Pay Your Fees
E-transfer the full fee ($1000) to mconroy06@gmail.com. Be sure you include the name(s) of the camper(s) in the comments section. You can also pay 50% ($500) of the fee now and the remaining $500 by July 1, 2025.

Summer Camp Fee Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your camper(s) registration before July 1, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. If you cancel after July 1, and KYMTC is unable to fill your spot(s) from the waiting list, we will only refund 50% of the total fee. If we can fill your spot(s) from the waiting list, you will receive a full refund. Once the camp has started, there are no refunds for any cancellations.
